I can stand on a corner, and paint a smile you could believe
But if it's really real, why are you so deceived

I could cry a million tears, and you'd believe them real
But when you look into my eyes, you'll see I really can't feel

I could say I cared, and fake it all along
Your heart is loving, mine just hates others so strong

I could say I feel pity, when really I'm as empty as a shell
You know this true, but you believe me so well

I can look you in the face, and say I'd never lie
But that in itself is a lie, and you never should let me shine

I can say I'll never kill someone, yet eyes paint to kill
You have morals, I have hatred, put them if you will

I say I'll never lose touch with reality, yet I clearly always have
I hate it truly, what's keeping you from going mad

I could kill someone anytime, and not feel a single tear
While you live your lives out, worrying about some other fear

Just remember we're all around you, we blend in so distinctly
You won't see us coming, we have no morality or sympathy

I can say I'll change, but we both know that's untrue
You always stay what you are, and there's nothing anyone can do
